INTRO BIO

Sup, I’m Jesse and I currently act as the Media Co-ordinator and occasional blog writer/editor for Medium Baby. What started out as a favour for a friend soon blossomed into a professional (soon to be romantic…hopefully) relationship with Medium Baby founder Kirk Danuco who’s vision for a dynamic Niagara music scene continues to inspire my role within the organization, whatever and wherever it may be. Kirk and I have been friends and partners of various music-based projects for the past 10 years and it is this kinship that lets me know the organization, as well as the overall music scene, will be in good hands for years to come.

MUSICAL BACKGROUND

Can you call yourself a multi-instrumentalist if you’re bad at every instrument but guitar? Well in that case, I’m a multi-instrumentalist who’s musical awakening started when I could finally reach the orange note on Guitar Hero. From there I traded the plastic axe for the real thing and have dipped my toes in musical projects around the Niagara area ever since, typically with my brother and musical rival Chase along with his significant other/handler Sophia De Luca (Sophi for those in the know). My primary passion these days is in composition, production, and supporting my incredibly talented friends with their own artistic endeavors. If you want to jam with a semi-decent guitarist or shitty synth/bass player/drummer don’t be afraid to reach out!
